Yes it is. it is actually blinking in the pic but my camera is not picking it up. i would not list if it was not working.

You would have had to take a picture of it with the lights off to prove they were on, they just don't look like they are in these pics.

They are on but the camera is just not picking it up as lighted. in any case, i guarantee that they work. i am a trusted seller on listia and i stand by my guarantee and is for some reason they would not work on arrival to the winner, i would return credits.
