These shorts are made by Silhouettes. The material is 100% cotton knit. Machine washable. They are a pull-on style with a full elastic waist. Side pockets. The legs are extra-wide--they measure 40" around. Measurements are unstretched. The waist will stretch as far as the hip measurement. Very comfy. The tag says size 3X.
