Photos are clear except for above mentioned purple tint in bright light situations. I have a smaller cheaper camera that I can get away with for now, so I dont need this one. Canon had free fix offer that expired, now they will give a discount towards new camera if you send them this one. Has brand new battery and memory card, works well but has purple tint in downloaded photos from real bright scenes. Talked to cannon, this camera can be sent back for a discount credit towards a new camera. Battery is brand new $12.00 . Includes memory card ( not shown)
