Velocity Micro T103 Cruz Tablet

This tablet is new (manufacturer refurbished) in sealed box. Just like Apple refurbs, it is complete and looks brand new. Perfect for gifting or for just enjoying that new tablet smell! OK, I made up the smell thing but you will still enjoy opening this for the first time!

Has a 7" Capacitive touchscreen (much better than the cheap 7" resistive tablets), Android 2.2 (Froyo), 1GB Internal Storage, and comes bundled with TWO SD cards: one 4GB SDHC and one 8GB SDHC.

Access to Facebook, Twitter, Amazon App Store, etc. Don't expect iPad or high-end tablet performance, but this is good for couch surfing, travel, or by the nightstand.

Browse the web from any hotspot via integrated 802.11n Wi-Fi
Download and watch full movies and other videos on a crystal clear 16:9 display

I'm not one to leave comments on listings but I came across this Android tablet and just wanted to say that I love mine. I do not own the same exact tablet as this one but I can say that my experience with an Android tablet exceeded my expectations. I am not big into computers and could not fathom spending so much money on an ipad. It's perfect for my university lectures. No more lugging around a large laptop or carrying around stacks of lecture notes. It can't do everything an ipad can do but for the price it does offer a lot of benefits. One added benefit of the Android is that it has an extra slot for a SD card which the ipads do not have and I have found the extra space to be helpful once I started downloading apps, music, movies, and lecture files. I just wanted to give an unbiased review on an Android tablet since most people hear reviews about the ipad. Granted the ipad has nice features and apps that the androids do not have but for those who don't need all the extras and who are looking to save money an Android tablet will serve you well. Ok, back to studying I go...

Wow, thanks for the great mini-review! True, not everyone has a need for an iPad. I actually prefer the more portable size of these 7" tablets. And thanks for mentioning the SD Card slot. This tablet comes with a 4GB card and an 8GB card included!

This is an awesome unit but I`m going to take my chances and bid and see what happens, the GIN for this is VERY reasonable tho I do have to say! Thank you for keeping Listia fair! I always see outrageous GIN prices and it is nice to see one that fits well

Thank you! When I offer GIN, I try to keep it reasonable. On this one, I decided that I would throw in some extras if GIN is used. There are 116 watchers, I think if someone wants this, they'd better use GIN before someone else does!

Sure! There is a built-in onscreen keyboard. If you don't like the standard Android onscreen keyboard, there are alternate keyboards you get get in the Market too.

GIN is set at 93,550 and can't currently be changed. The tablet retails for $199.99 and is nicer than the cheapo $99 tablets at Kohls, CVS, etc. This one comes with both 4GB and 8GB SD cards.

I will include a few nice extras if someone uses GIN like a stylus and a 16GB USB flash drive :)

I did some reading on the forums and this tablet definitely plays youtube and Pandora, and should play a full movie... but not sure on HD movies. Thanks!

That's a great question! This is definitely multi-touch as all the spec sheets say so. I don't know how many points though since this is sealed in box. They are typically five-point multi-touch though.
