I believe it is US size as I bought the pants from a US catalog/online clothing store.
I will take a picture of the tag and post it. I know the size seems unusual, but the online clothing store offers those different sizes. The web store is called Alloy.com

I will post a picture of the tag. I believe it is US size- the catalog these jeans came from a catalog that offered different sizes for those "in-between fitters"
I bought these pants from Alloy.com (a US catalog/online clothing shop) which you can check out. and this link here --> http://store.alloy.com/item.do?categoryID=2041&itemID=54904&outfitID=1989 -- is a link to the PARIS BLUES Jeans at Alloy.com and you can see they carry size 25. I hope that helps.

from hip to hip they are 22 inches.
So that is 44 inches around. I would say 42-44 inches around.
They are a little stretchy (2% spandex) so they are very comfortable on any shape or size, as long as the size it right for you.

Are these jeans for male or female? When I hear the words plus size I think of "plus woman". I am a female and I do wear plus size. But the person in the photo looks small. So it can't be plus size if the person is small??
