This is for a just about brand new no slip dog collar. I bought it for my kitten because normal cat collars dont fit, but I didnt realize it was a no slip collar until I already took it out of the package. So my kitten had it for about an hour before she got it off. So my loss is your gain. It is a bright pink.

Its for extra small dogs. I dont know the exact measurements. Id say no bigger than a Chihuahua.

Yes it could. I actually bout it for my kitten, but shes a little too small for it. Shes just now 7 weeks. So if your cat is bigger, then yes it will.
