you have to go through a few weeks of red tape -
then they allow that option -
stay tuned -

Listia doesn't allow us to use stock photos. These pictures look like they came straight off the store shelf if you ask me!

They came off of our shelves !
I am a former owner of 5 music stores -
Now, I produce and own my own radio show -
I sell thousands of items every year on LIVE FM RADIO -
I am in my 11th year on FM Radio -
My home of course is paid for -
and I have 2 Warehouses in Florida loaded with everthing under the sun.
I sell everything on these Radio Shows -
From "AS SEEN ON T.V." items - to
"HOME SHOPPING" , QVC, AVON , FINGER-HUT,
WAL MART,K MART, TARGET and hundreds of other Big Name Brands !
I have Wholesale Access to many warehouses on the East Coast -
I also sell Cricket Cell Phones on our Radio Shows -
( that's why you see a stack of phones - )
I buy phones by the case -
Also -
if you have been watching my Auctions -
I have sold lots of these phones on Listia -
So, I use my same photo for all my Auctions -
that are all exactly the same item , and model number .
So,in retrospect -
I have been a member on Listia maybe 30 days ?
In this small amount of time -
I have earned 23 badges ?-
listed over 100 Auctions ?-
and have perfect 100% feedback !
Sounds like I am not a Slacker -
I have worked very hard for many years to have what I have now -
So, when you see my Ad's - you can rest assured -
I am for real - I buy only in quanity - by the case -
so photo's will be of course - show a stack of the item I am selling -
not all photo's will show a stack - it depends on my ad's -
LAST THING I WANT IS PEOPLE TO THINK I AM SELLING USED JUNK
CELL PHONES - So the photo shows everyone I have more than one in stock !
I will re list these phones everyweek - and the winners of these phones are very happy !
So, we hope everything is cleared up - not all sellers will list the same -
and we can all get back to some more important Listia Fun !

very nice auction!!! listia does allow stock photos they just recomend tht you take pics of the actual item,i ws just wondering if this phone has a music player on it, my preteen wants a cell phone that he can play his mp3 songs on, and this one looks like a great deal!!
