This is an older Sheaffer's Fountain Pen. Does not appear to have ever been used from what I can see. Comes with original box. Slight damage to lower left corner of box. Might be a water stain. No tears, rips or holes though. Inside of box is perfect. So is pen. It's medium green in color. The color of it is more accurate in the picture of it in the box. The lady this came from said she'd had it for many years. I don't know how long that is but from what I can see I'm guessing from the 50's or so. IT'S JUST A GUESS though.
