this is soooooo cute! it says "SERGEANT SEXY," embroidered in white on the left. it is probably a small. it is black with big silver snaps and black pattent leather collar and sleeve cuffs. its either a very long top or a very short skirt! add some 4" black stilettos and a badge and you've got a great halloween costume! if you have any questions, please feel free to ask me!
