Brand: Wave Zone
Size: 18 months (it looks small and may fit as small as 12 months but has a lot of stretch to it!). The design gets it plenty of give. It has texted blue and green design all over. Which can be seen in the close up of the tag.
Also just to let you know this swim suit was only worn twice and a little swimmer / diaper was on at all times.
