Well I put seeds in small pots of wet soil about 1/4 inch deep and then cover the pot with saran wrap and keep them in the sun, making sure they stay moist. When the plant starts to grow I remove the saran wrap and keep moist until they are about 2-4 inches tall, then you can transplant in yard. Fertilize, feed, and water well. Watch for bugs such as aphids that will kill the plant, & use something like 7 dust if they get bugs.
Good Luck! :)

There is no such thing as true Blue Roses. I see your pictures, but are they true blue, or faint lavender? The 2 colors that are not yet hybrid in in any verity of Rosa hybrids are Blue and Black. However, Botanists are trying to generate them through GMO practices.

After the rose bush blooms in the fall, they generate ball like tops, instead of flowers. these are known as Rose Hips. Pick your rose hips, and break them open into a container of some sort. Place 2 or 3 seeds in side of a paper napkin, and carefully fold the seeds into the napkin. Place the napkin in a soda cap, and get wet. Place in dark area like a pantry shelf, and wait. Keep the napkin moist by spraying it with water every other day. In about a week or so, your seed should then be a seedling.
