Don't have the packaging or instructions. I'm sure you can find a manual online I'd needed, but it's really not rocket science to use. One end against your chest, the other end against your chin, then nod your head down and hold for about five seconds. The spring is built in. It came assembled and ready for use. I like it, just don't need it anymore.

I checked, the spring is unmarked. Very easy to open actually, just twist it.

Hi, I looked this up online and it comes with 3 springs, all different tensions, so the more often/longer you use it the higher tension spring you need. So, you don't have the other 2 springs? Thank you, Kate :)

Hi, don't bother trying to open it. I read some reviews and alot say it's difficult to take apart.Wouldn't want you to accidentally damage it. So whoever wins this auction, just be careful opening it. Thank you, Kate :)
