All I can tell you is that dish is the closest I'll ever get to experiencing heaven.Oh, I guess I should also say that this is a recipe for Flamiche, a leek tart that is a specialty of the Champagne region of France. I've adapted this traditional recipe for your kitchen (and mine!) so we can both indulge.
