can this be mailed by first class? It would be cheaper if it does not weigh over 13 oz. ? . and usually deliverd within 3 to 5 days.

There may be restrictions due to the size of the box; 1st Class envelopes can't be more than 3/4" thick. I suppose I could ship only the disc and manual; it's up to the winner.
