Cubanelle peppers are excellent for cooking bring a great flavor for rice, stews, soups and salads.
Sow seed indoors 8-10 weeks before the last frost. Grow in full sun and keep soil temperature in the mid 70's , spade or till light soil one foot deep. Carefully cut fruit from plants when full size, wheter green or red, but before they begin to soften. source of vitamin A & C.

Ahhh...I don't have these and I have 50 different pepper plants growng right now. Are they sweet or hot? They look like they would make excellent rellenos. Fanned and watching!

wow, well this seeds is the most important veggie for our "sofrito" here in P.R, now i have one new look like star and is big, later i put in auction when collected seed. All my peppers including venezuelan are sweets. thanks
