this is a very lovely and unique piece never worn my aunt loved to send my mom jewerly that she never wore because she was a tiny woman is gold tone i have no idea what the face is made of either ivory or resin most likly plastic lol it is just a gorgeouse peice even to hang on wall the chain measures 18".to front pixs are front & back little clearer
