can you give any info on these seeds. The best way to start them, what time of the year is best for planting, do you have to do anything special to the seeds before planting them, what kind of area do they need to grow in, full sun, partial?

When to sow outside: RECOMMENDED. 4 to 6 weeks before average last frost or as soon as soil can be worked; or early to mid-fall for bloom the following spring.
