The listing, PETCO LARGE DOGGY PIRATE COSTUME W/ HAT has ended.

This was worn once, he's not a clothes puppy. The hat originally had spiral "pirate" hair, but that was something he did like. So I cut it off, but it doesn't take away from the effect. The black and red parts feel like velour. The black and white striped part has a silk feel. The buckle is metallic fabric. Smoke free home.
