theres a memory card slot. it doesnt have sim card thats only at&t and t-mobile i do believe spriint and verizon dont have sim cards to my knowledge

its a contract. i do not know if you can do contract phones as pre paid, you would have to call sprint and ask them.

The market isn't developed completely for 4g just mostly in major citys so even if you had a 4g all you would get is 3g :)

there is no password on the phone. I wiped all my info off of it and had it set to factory reset. by the sprint store.

Looks like a HTC Hero, judging from the pictures. If it is the Hero, it only capable of 3G speeds, not 4G as stated above. Nice phone though. Runs even better if you root it and put a custom ROM on it.
