This is a "new" possibly opened Laser level.
I say it that way because I bought this at Lowe's and didn't realize it looks like it was taped back up. I don't know if that means the cover cardboard ripped off or if it was actually opened. It wasn't discounted for being a return and it doesn't look like anyone would have opened it all the way.

If you plan on doing ANY house work then you will find this super useful. Super useful for hanging pictures but there are so many other uses.
