Ok It is16in. Tall by 13in. Across the the front and 6in on the Sides. and the front zipper flap compartment adds on 3in. more to that. It has a compartment for a laptop with a snap cord to help keep it in place, one for books, 3pencil/pen holders and"altogether" 4 big zippers compartments that are almost the entire length across and more that half as tall to hold other things in also. You can wear it like a backpack, or with the one shoulder strap that you see in the pics. and it has two handles so you can carry it like a briefcase. Hope that helps.
