An old-fashioned lamp shade cover is up for bid. The top is elasticized and stretches from 6"-10-1/2". The bottom stretches from 14-1/2"-20" and has a 2" crocheted lace around the bottom ruffle with a Williamsburg blue ribbon laced throughout.From top to bottom hem, it is 15". Ladies have told me they have used these on regular lamps as well as the upside down Torch-style shades. One lady even used one as a skirt on a doll cake!
