This is a beautiful, gently worn, Jessica Taylor light and flowy lined chiffon dress (or tunic) with an elegant high low hemline and flutter sleeves. It's a very pretty shade of orange, perfect for spring and summer and could be worn alone or even paired up with leggings. It has a smocked, and embellished with rhinestones 3" wide stretchy waistline for a perfect, flattering fit.

It is marked 3x but must be a junior's size because its in no way a 3x plus sized women's garment. My best guess is actually a size 14, 16 or 18? Use measurements below for sizing.
