It's fairly new, got it in December 2011, and I don't believe you can.

it has a high/low numbered setting, u cant set the actual temp but u get a pretty good idea on what setting to use after you get used to it. I have the same one and ive had it for almost 4 years. Use it every day all day. youd think id be bald by now lol but its still goin strong! deff worth bidding on. :)
