This pattern has been cut. It has the patterns to make appliques like alphabet, flowers, balloons, hearts, sail ore, bus, hammer, baseball & glove, sailboat, crayons, apple, house, butterfly, ice cream cone, elephant, car, van, etc.

It has 5 page instructions. There are 2 pages uncut of patterns with the design drawings listed above. Alphabet and numbers are all there but cut into long strips.

So the size 4 not necessary as the pattern for the shirt I could not find in the envelope.

Hope this help to see if useable for someone to add designs to shirts.
