Really great condition, especially considering how long I've had it. Looks almost new.

I don't know the exact price just yet. Depends on the weight of the package and all that. My estimate would be (at the *most*) maybe 2 or 3 dollars. ...but I'm bad with numbers
The book is quite light though. Didn't feel like more than a couple ounces.
As far as free shipping goes, I'll consider it. Unfortunately I have to be a bit selective about which auctions do free shipping on now. Depending on how many I have going at once it tends to add up. :/
