Grandmother Is Coming by Miss Frances A Ding Dong School Book Rand McNally c. 1954 Book written by Dr. Frances R. Horwich and Reinald Werrenrath, Jr. Illustrations by Ruth van Tellingen Size of the book is similar to Little Golden Books for Children

Some wear around edges of book. Small red writing on upper right corner of cover page (see photo 3). Small crease on upper corner of 1 page (see photo 5). NO torn or missing pages. Graphics are beautiful. Nice vintage hard cover book in good condition.

Binding is good, NO missing pages. I'm not sure how books are graded. I consider this very good. I've listed all of the flaws noticed in the 2nd paragraph of description including photographs of flaws. Thanks for asking :o)

What a treasure! I'm afraid that I am not quite old enough to personally remember Miss Francis, though I remember my dad talking about her and her program. I favorably recall Wonda Wonda, Artist John Nagy, Romper Room, Captain Kangaroo, Roy & Dale, Rin Tin Tin, Circus Boy and The Mickey Mouse Club. I can't wait for them all to be on Netflix. LOL Thanks for listing this item and riding rough-shod with me on the nostalgia tail. Yippie-ky-yi-ay!
