Machine Doubling (MD) is NOT the same as a Doubled Die. In my opinion, even though Machine Doubling is a common occurance, it is MUCH more rare in that EACH MD coin is UNIQUE because it is a one time per coin occurance. That is to say - NO TWO are alike!
