Also -- ONCE YOU BID, YOU ARE STUCK WITH YOUR BID... if the auction ends and you are the winner -- and decide not to follow through, tough titties -- the seller will be awarded the credits which will be rightfully hers...it's called buyers remorse and will usually end you with a negative feedback -- as a Trusted Seller here, I would leave negative feedback ...but this is a new seller, and she might be nicer than me.

Seller -- don't let these tools intimidate you -- let the auction run it's course, and then take appropriate action if they fail to follow through. You can remove their comments by clicking "hide comment" and then go to their profile and block them from bothering you -- unfortunately, Listia is haven for TROLLS and HECKLERS.

So I dont wanna sound rude or anything, but if I win this, are you actually going to send this out? I constantly have bad luck with people who have 0 sells and have to get my credits back. My girlfriend really needs a new phone, so I guess I will try this again. Like i said i didnt wanna sound rude, I have just had to request to get my credits back 8 times now I think and it gets annoying. Nice auction btw!!

You have to allow the auction to go to the end to follow Listia rules. Why would you agree to stop it anyway when the bids will just go up? Once there a bid, the auction is live and can't be just stopped. Same rules for all of us.

She can't put a GIN on it because she is new. Don't listen to these people making you offers. They are just trying to get it for dirt cheap. If you let the auction run to the end. You will get WAY MORE then what these people are trying to offer you.
