Ok, so this is a PSP 1000
Belonged to a friend of mine and its missing pieces such as the top of the joystick, battery, battery top, start button, Left and Right top buttons. The rest is in there and I'm not sure if it works. Also, the top comes off lol so I dont know. Maybe you could fix it or use it for some parts?
