Description

The listing, Wooden Native American Scroll Saw Art has ended.

These three pieces are scroll sawn in design from Native American culture. They were done by hand with a scroll saw--not by laser. Each is made of ¼ inch plywood--one from Baltic Birch, one from Mahogany, one from Oak. Each one is approximately 12 inches by 4 inches at the widest part. They have been lightly sanded and spray-sealed with Polyurethane. They can easily be hung on a wall by one of the intricate cuts within the wood. Since they are sawn by hand, no two are exactly alike, and may have slight imperfections, but the ones that you are bidding on are the ones in the pictures. Shipping is free, and delivery confirmation is always included. Items are sent out the Monday following the auction end. Good luck!

I love southwest stuff and can never find it on here. As far as the other you want to put up, for a limited time you can put your own start bid, so you wouldn't be stuck with only 100 credits. Put them up with the starting bid being the least you'd take and if no one bids, no big deal.

That sounds like a good idea, thanks. When it comes to southwestern, I think I might have some more small southwestern wooden stuff that I could put up. Howling coyote, cactus, stuff like that. Small stuff-like 5 inches square or so. Keep an eye on my auctions if you are interested in that kind of stuff. Thanks for checking this one out.

My dear lady, you have a God-Given talent, these are absolutely fabulous!!! I have no artistic talent myself, but I know it when I see it. The flow and sweeping design of the pieces are JUST RIGHT. If I were lucky enough to own them, they would be the centerpieces above my fireplace or wood burning stove. Of course they would look great anywhere. As far as the other pieces, my favorite would be the George Harrison one, but that is just a personal preference. I think most people would not have a problem with the shipping charges, I know I would not, wood is heavy. Keep perfecting your talents, it will pay off. I'm fanned and watching and hope this bid blows the roof off, even if I don't win. Someone will get 3 treasures!!

Well thank you so much! That really makes me feel great. I really enjoy scrolling and even designing patterns for sawyers (in fact I was in a magazine once! wow!). Its nice to have people recognize the time and effort that I have put into them. Have a great evening, I am fanning you and keeping my fingers crossed for you.

Yankny22 has pretty much dominated this auction, I pretty much expected him to walk away with it! Where are you Yankny? Come on, let's make this a last minute, nail biting auction!!! Everybody else join in too! Not that I don't want you to win, wamboosa, I would just like to see the roof blown off, like you said. LOL!

I tell you what, If the bids double from where it is now, (that would put it to 1414 I will throw in a scroll saw howling wolf, 8x4 inches. Rustic, so it is just round sanded, no fancy finishes. It woud go perfect with the pieces that we have up now.

OK, that worked fantastic! Let's try it one more time. If bidding gets to 2500, I have a cow skull with horns (Desert-dry-looking, surrounded by a wooden triangle.) Dimemsions about 6x6 inches on the diagonal. Thats if it goes to 2500.
