The listing, Brand New (Forever 21) Cute Vintage Skirt has ended.

This is a very cute vintage short skirt from Forever21. It's brand new, tags still attached, never been worn. The skirt is made up of a black elastic band on top and a soft rust color material on bottom. It has gold buttons in the front for that extra vintage touch. Will fit a medium to large sized girl.
