The listing, Chrome Plated Scissors made in Italy Age Unknown has ended.

These scissors are about 8 1/2" long. They have a funny shape to them--I don't know what they are used for. On one side they say "chromeplated Italy".
On the other side are 2 checkmarks and some squiggly lines that I think are a kind of hallmark. Also, the former owners name is engraved on this side.
They have a nice weight to them...about 5 1/2 ounces. Seem to be nice and sharp.
Could probably benefit from a good cleaning by someone who knows what they are doing.

These look like medical shears. Used to remove bandages.

professional tailor's scissors are angled like that too. either way, i think who ever owned them had them custom made.
