I keep seeing these on here & am wondering what they are? It says for nails....I thought they were clay? no? how would you use them on your nails?

You cut them with a razor blade and then use nail glue or some people use a top coat to stick them to your nail. I dint know what they were at first either. I googled them. Theres videos on how to apply them and cut them.
