i am a little confused there is clearly a volume control in the picture (the plus and minus sign are clearly visible and are definitely not part of the package) yet you say there is no volume control with mic on them also the ear buds that come with the iphone (what you are claiming these are) have a mic with volume control on them. if you can clear up these inconsistencies with your story please do because i am very interested in these headphones and willing to bid quite a bit more if i know i wont be ripped off

First of all - I am not " claiming " anything. These are from my iPhone and I never used them. I do see a plus/minus control. My apologies, but being as they are still wrapped in their original package and I didn't want to disturb that - I did not see it. They are still coiled up. I still do not see a mic, and I am do not want to open the package. I was not being inconsistent. I was unaware. There is a huge difference in the two. I wanted to make sure that the winner of this auction had an untouched pair of ear buds. If you know so much about iPhone ear buds and what comes with the iPhone - then I guess you answered you own question. I do not see a mic. You tell me where it is, and I will clarify that for you. Bid if you will. As I stated before - I apologize for not seeing the plus/minus on these, but if you already know that there is a mic on it - then I'm the idiot. I don't see it. You can check my 100% feedback rating. I have never " ripped off " anyone.

UPDATE! These ear buds DO have a volume control and a mic. I feel like a numbskull! I didn't see it as they are still coiled up in their original packaging. My sincerest apologies for any confusion. I hope this update will be seen. Since the auction is ending soon I cannot update it. UGH! Thanks everyone! My apologies once again! :)
