Please read. no buyers remorse. if you can not click received or leave feedback do not bid. this is used my dog had it on for 3 days. my son did cut the it to fit my dog. I bought this off ebay. $20.00. it drove her nuts so I took it off. the collar measures 8 to 9 inch. this collar does not shock your dog. it lets out high pitching noise. This is for a small dog. my dog weight 12 lbs.

yes it has 1 that is already in it and it comes with one. but don't ask me what kind I alewady wraped it up to send. but you can buy them. and thanks for looking

your welcome. that is what my dog weight. and that is why I bought it. but she didn't like it so I took it off her. my dog is small and the collar is for a small dog.
