Did you read the rules? There is a Rule about Software w/ Licenses. Not trying to put it down or anything.

Software CD Keys, Serial Numbers & Licenses
OEM (intended to be used with the original hardware)
Exceptions: OEM software packaged w/ OEM hardware

well the mac i had had 10.4 in it and he gave me the 10.3 as an extra..Didnt think they had rules against selling software

Yea man i've had some taken off too. just go over the rules but i think this would be against the rules since it's software with a serial/license.

Normally like Windows the License is located on the bottom of the computer. if not then maybe it is an OS similar to Linux that doesn't require/have a license. I believe MAC does something similar to Windows and does have a Product Key/License.
