No sim card . ph is unlocked .is was bought by me and owned only by me . and it is as wide/tall as my hand . but u don't know what my hand looks like so the only thing i can say to help is to go to www.motorola.com/support remember the model # is wx430 and maybe it will tell u more info on it . i looked in the book , which all the books does come with , and i could not find where it says the width and length . sorry .

Well i always used my credit card or bank card over ph . or i know u can get at wal-greens , cvs, rite-aid , wal-mart, etc.
