This is a Motorola cell phone to use with Tracfone. It does have a SIM card, but it is no longer registered. You would have to contact Tracfone to reactivate the phone. Charger is included. As you can see from the photos it does work.

Screen is in great shape. The phone works fine. Just needs an activated SIM card.

2 questions: 1) If you already have an active sim card, could that just be placed in there and it work and 2) does this have a camera? The reason I'm asking is I have a different version motorola tracfone and it doesn't have a camera and I was wanting to try and get one that does have a camera and put my sim card in it so that I don't have to get a new number and everything. Do you know if that would even work? Thanks :)

Yes, your activated SIM card should work in this phone. However, this one doesn't have a camera. Sorry :(
