As I stated it only was marked as "gp" for goldplated. I believed it could be amethyst but since I don't know for sure, I am not going to stated that it is unless I can say so without a doubt, that wouldn't be right, so I just go with what Iknow for sure . All I know for sure is the markings about the gold plating, Ihope that answers your questions
