This auction is for a TUTORIAL-that I created- for making change purses from recycled packaging. **THIS IS NOT FOR A FINISHED CHANGE PURSE**

These little change purses make fun, unique gifts and are always a hit at craft shows. This is a beginner project and can be machine or hand sewn.

No, $4 is the lowest I can go. That doesn't include the cost of the packs it's the cost of the vinyl and the zipper and my time to make them.
