If you'll only ship free with 1000 credits you need to change your option to shipping with cost, the rules state you can put stipulations on an auction listed with free shipping

she cant change it because she already listed it as free shipping so she has to send it with free shipping! if your going to list an item that way you need to put shipping cost and then in the details put if it gets past 1000 its free shipping ... other wise since you have it listed as free shipping it has to be shipped free :)
