Someone else is selling a phone and they were asked if it was a government phone because we are not allowed to sell on here government phones. So you may want to contact Listia or read the rules about this to avoid any troubles. Good luck

I can’t get passed the locked screen. Just it shows in the picture. It shows a lock on the bottom

I use BLU on my work phone. If someone took my phone or I took it. The company would lock the phone.
