These are made out of Duck Tape, except for the pony tail holder. It is wrapped on by Duck Tape. You will get 2 of your choice, for our double pony tail lovers. ( like me ). You can choose the ones I have made or I will make the custom ones for you of your choice. My 3 year old niece loves these and my 22 year old daughter and friends can't keep their hands off either. They even cute on ur little doggie. I had a lady send me a pic with it on her little yorkie, she said she gets so many questions every time she takes her out. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. I will try to answer you as soon as I can. You get to pick the bow color, the middle strip color and the ponytail holder color.
