This is a pair of earrings and stretchy bracelet (fits most), with brushed green tube-like beads and diagonal drop green beads, using silvertone accents. Looks really nice on!

are the beads glass, stone, plastic or other?

There's some silvertone tube-like beads (metal), then there's the brushed green tube-like beads that are acrylic I believe and the main stone isn't plastic, but I'm not sure what type of bead it is. I'm sorry. Bought these a long time ago, before I made them. It's a nice looking set, in my opinion. I'm not a green lover though. Hope that helps!
