Never worn Adidas-like symbol doggy hoodie sweatshirt will fit a doggy up to maybe 30 pounds. I purchased for one of my foster pups, but he seemed to have gone from 7 to 70 pounds overnight.
It is made of thick fleece.

The chest is 10” across under the armpit (20”), 11” across the chest (circumference 22”), neck 5 1/2” across (11” circumference), neck Tobit is 14”. :)
