its not as simple as that..u have to follow listias rules not ur own made up rules..which means that the winner has to go by listias rules not urs.

In order to have better results with your auction, please add more details/picture regarding your item. Also, any other specific details particular to your item will go a long way in instilling confidence in potential bidders. This will also reduce the number of questions that your bidders will have to ask.

As per Listia rules Allow 7 days after listing ends to hear back from a buyer before relisting.
