Here is a 3 x 6 inch Powder Blue Crackle
Round Candle with a decorative wooden holder.
The candle has never been used and is still encased in a plastic protective covering. If you look at the closeup photos, you can see the "crackle" effect in the candle.

I don't think so. I can't smell anything through the plastic wrapper brcause it is still intact.
I bought the candle and holder some time ago because of its unique appearance but I never took the shrink wrap off it. So to be perfectly honest in answering your question, I really don't know for sure. In the event there is a fragrance, it would have to be something very light but I honestly don't think it has any.
