Comments:
This set is officially titled "The Official Gaming Coins of the World's Great Casinos". It's an unusual and attractive set that contains silver gaming tokens from famous casinos around the world. Two series were issued - the first in 1978 (green display case) and the second (red display case) in 1986. Each set has different casinos. The "red set" is much rarer than the "green set". Individual tokens from these sets are also sometimes seen. Each token is redeemable at the casino of issue (assuming it still exists) for $25 or the approximate equivalent value in the currency of the country (francs, pesos, pounds, etc).

Thank you for your interest, this was my first listing and I was unsure on how to set reserve prices on Listia.

Best wishes

Hi huntsman65,
Good luck!
I have some very fine 'Franklin Mint Sailing Ships of History Ingots' that I plan to list next week.
I only have the large silver ignots - if interested look here:

Wondering if you might have a picture of this set that you actually took yourself and not the picture from the Franklin Mint web site. When bidding a large amount of credits we bidders worry about our credits and the seller. Is there anything that you can provide us with that shows you actually have this set. Bidders go to www.franklin-mint-silver.com/franklin-mint-gaming-tokens-ingots.htm scroll down page to second picture and see photo with carpet in top corners. Just a heads up folks.

Is the total weight you list (17 0z.) for the set- including the folder that holds them? Or is that the true total sterling silver weight in troy ounces? Can we assume this is a full 17 ounces of sterling silver is what I'm asking. Thanks!

Also, PLEASE list your own photos for this if you can today. There are way too many scams on Listia and one give-away to their method is they usually use web photos rather than taking their own. It will just show us you have this in possession and are legit. Thanks!
