I'm betting they do, they just don't work the way that people think they do. They're only meant to shave your appetite not just to make the pounds slide off. And you have to use them regularly for the full effect. Not to mention having to put them on right, blah blah. There's so much that they misinterpret; until you try them yourself, you won't really know.
